Creative Marketing (NW) Ltd started working with I-Sells in 2021. The online market was being stormed by new brands all offering their own products at discounted rates. The I-Sells wanted to hold strong against competitors and gain regional fame to help solidify itself in the market as the top ventilating equipment manufacturer.
In 2005 I-Sells first online shop was created which was based upon stockholding of products used for contracting division. The success and experience in this field, led to the birth and rebrand to i-sells.co.uk in 2007. Since the creation, I-Sells remains a family run business and has been growing steadily over the years. Our goal was to consolidate online presence in a competitive sector, improve PPC and increase the rate at which I-Sells grows.
We began by planning a strategy to replatform the website from custom code to WordPress which is still in progress as it’s a big project! The idea is to have a more seamless way to integrate into omni-channel marketing mediums. Whilst the replatforming is in progress, we have focused on paid advertising management of Google Adwords and Microsoft (formerly Bing) advertising campaigns with a view to improve ROAS and reduce CPA. We also developed a SEO strategy to build topical authority and relevance to expand their keyword universe. To tie this complex marketing strategy together, we also made content creation for I-Sells, to be published across their social media platforms. This allowed I-Sells to keep engaged with customers, regarding the latest marketing offers and availability of new products.
The replatforming project is going well as there is a lot of custom code involved. The SEO is building ground fast and the PPC has resulted in an improved ROAS. With a proactive approach, we are working closely with I-Sells to consolidate and grow market share.
