The Lash Line Academy began working with us back in March 2021 when their business was processing all appointment bookings through Treatwell, a third party appointment booking system for salons. This was eating into the profit margins of their small revenues. In addition, the business was over dependent on Instagram ads and had suffered from the Facebook iOS algorithm update. Our strategy was to make the business independent of the Treatwell booking system and also to grow their salon appointments.
The challenge we had was to build a booking system that was as seamless as Treatwell without relying on any external tech stack. In terms of growing the sales, the business had a poor website which needed building from scratch and also next to no digital footprint other than Instagram.
Our solution was to build an advanced customised WordPress website that had all the booking features and more that Treatwell had. We did this successfully and then moved on to marketing where we ran a London based Google Ads campaign. In addition we helped to improve the overall branding of their social theme on Instagram and produced over 100 pieces of content.
